At MADMIA, we want you to love your colorful socks and accessories as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, socks must remain tagged and in their original condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have all original MADMIA tags and packaging attached.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our crazy-fun customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive an authorization code.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely pack your items and send them back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping service of your choice.

• 4.
  Processing

  Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
